These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digifilming website, online courses, offline courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, books, educational products and other services provided by Digifilming Private Limited (“Digifilming”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, booking or using any Digifilming service. By accessing our website, registering for a course or workshop, making a payment, purchasing a product or using any Digifilming service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. Your statutory rights under applicable Indian law are not affected by these Terms.
1. ABOUT DIGIFILMING
- 1.1 Digifilming Private Limited provides education, training and related services in filmmaking, screenwriting, film direction, cinematography, editing, advertising, digital content creation, AI-assisted filmmaking, film business and related creative fields. Our services may be provided online, offline or through a combination of both.

- 1.4 Our normal customer support/business hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except public holidays or other days specifically notified by us.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
2.1 Your use of the Website, purchase of a course or product, registration for a workshop, seminar or event, or use of any Digifilming service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 2.2 If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, book or use the relevant Digifilming service. 2.3 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices or applicable law. The updated version will be published on the Website with the revised date. Material changes may be communicated through appropriate channels where reasonably required.
3. COURSES, PRODUCTS & SERVICES
3.1 These Terms apply to the purchase, booking and use of Digifilming courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, books, educational products and related services. 3.2 Course names, syllabus, modules, schedules, teaching methods, faculty, software, equipment and other programme details may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, industry practices and educational requirements. 3.3 The information displayed on the Website, including prices, offers and availability, may be changed before purchase. 3.4 The specific course or workshop information displayed at the time of your purchase or booking will form part of the service you have purchased, subject to these Terms.
4. COURSE FEES & PAYMENT
4.1 Course fees must be paid through the payment methods made available by Digifilming, which may include: * Online payment gateway * Bank transfer * Internet/mobile banking * Cash, where specifically permitted * Other payment methods notified by Digifilming 4.2 Courses may be purchased through: * One-time payment * Semester-wise payment * Approved instalment plans * Special payment arrangements expressly approved by Digifilming 4.3 Any discount, promotional price, scholarship or special payment facility is subject to the terms of the relevant offer and may be available only for a limited period. 4.4 A payment does not automatically guarantee access to all course content. Access will be provided according to the course purchased and the payment received. 4.5 Where a course is offered in instalments or semester-wise payments, access to additional semesters, modules or supplementary content may depend on receipt of the required payment. 4.6 International students may use payment methods made available by Digifilming for international transactions, including approved payment platforms where available.
5. ONLINE COURSE ACTIVATION & ACCESS
5.1 After successful payment and verification, Digifilming will normally activate or assign the purchased course within a reasonable period. 5.2 The exact activation time may vary because of payment verification, administrative processing, technical requirements or other operational reasons. 5.3 Once the course has been assigned, activated or started for the student, the course will be considered delivered/commenced for the purpose of the refund policy. 5.4 Course access is normally provided for 12 months, unless a particular course or offer specifically states a different access period. 5.5 During the access period, students may watch the available course videos and materials multiple times, subject to the technical limitations of the learning platform. 5.6 Supplementary videos or additional materials may be made available only after completion of the required payment or other conditions specified for the relevant course.
6. ONLINE COURSE REFUND POLICY
6.1 Digifilming provides a free demo class for eligible courses wherever offered. Students are encouraged to use the demo facility to understand the teaching style, course structure and nature of the learning experience before purchasing. 6.2 If a student has made payment but Digifilming has not yet assigned, activated or started the course, the student may request cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable law and any payment-processing requirements. 6.3 Once the course has been assigned, activated or started, no refund will ordinarily be available because access to the digital educational service has commenced. 6.4 This no-refund provision does not limit any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply where Digifilming fails to provide the service substantially as promised or where applicable law otherwise requires a refund or remedy. 6.5 Refund requests, where applicable, should be submitted through the official Digifilming contact channel and may require verification of the student's payment and enrolment details.
7. COURSE RENEWAL
7.1 Unless otherwise specified for a particular course, online course access is available for 12 months from the date of activation. 7.2 After the access period expires, the student may renew the course where renewal is offered. 7.3 Renewal may provide access to updated lessons, new supplementary material, revised content or other benefits specified by Digifilming at the time of renewal. 7.4 Renewal is not automatic unless specifically stated otherwise.
8. COURSE TRANSFER & ACCOUNT SHARING
8.1 A course purchased or assigned to one student is personal and non-transferable. 8.2 Students may not sell, transfer, gift, assign or otherwise provide their course access to another person. 8.3 Students must not share their username, password, login credentials, course links or other access credentials with another person. 8.4 If Digifilming reasonably believes that course access has been shared, transferred, misused or obtained by an unauthorised person, we may suspend or terminate access without refund, subject to applicable law. .
9. EXAMINATION, PROJECT & CERTIFICATION
9.1 Where an online course includes examinations, assignments or projects, students must complete the applicable requirements to qualify for certification. 9.2 For courses requiring both an examination and final project, both are compulsory for certification. 9.3 The final project must be submitted in the format and within the time specified by Digifilming. 9.4 Results will normally be processed within the time communicated for the relevant course after completion of the required examination and project. 9.5 Where certification is included in the course fee, there is no separate certificate fee for the standard certificate. 9.6 Certificates may be provided digitally and/or in physical form depending on the course and the service offered. 9.7 Certification confirms completion of the relevant Digifilming educational programme. It does not, by itself, guarantee employment, professional engagement, income, admission to any organisation or commercial success.
10. WORKSHOP & EVENT REGISTRATION
10.1 A workshop or event seat is confirmed only after Digifilming receives the required payment and confirms the booking. 10.2 Workshop fees may include facilities specifically mentioned in the relevant programme, such as meals, accommodation, training material or equipment access. 10.3 Such facilities may vary from workshop to workshop and will be based on the specific programme information communicated at the time of booking. 10.4 Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact, identification and other information required for registration.
11. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
11.1 If a participant has paid an advance or workshop fee but does not attend the workshop, the payment is not refundable, subject to applicable statutory rights. 11.2 If the participant informs Digifilming at least 3 days before the scheduled workshop that they will be unable to attend, the amount already paid may be retained by Digifilming as a one-time credit for a future workshop. 11.3 The credit will not ordinarily be paid in cash and must be used for a future workshop as permitted by Digifilming. 11.4 If the participant informs Digifilming less than 3 days before the workshop, no refund and no future workshop credit will ordinarily be provided. 11.5 The workshop credit is personal to the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person unless Digifilming gives written approval.
12. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY DIGIFILMING
12.1 Digifilming may postpone, reschedule or cancel a workshop, seminar or event due to operational requirements, insufficient registrations, faculty availability, venue issues, technical problems, force majeure or other circumstances. 12.2 If Digifilming cancels a workshop, the participant may choose between: (a) a full refund of the advance/payment made for that workshop; or(b) keeping the amount as credit for a future workshop. 12.3 If a workshop is postponed or rescheduled, Digifilming will communicate the revised date and applicable options to registered participants. 12.4 Digifilming will not ordinarily be responsible for personal travel, accommodation or other third-party expenses incurred by a participant in connection with a cancelled or postponed event unless required by applicable law.
13. WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION
13.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards faculty, staff, guests and other participants. 13.2 Digifilming may refuse or terminate participation where a participant engages in abusive, threatening, disruptive, illegal or seriously inappropriate conduct. 13.3 Where participation is terminated because of serious misconduct, no refund will ordinarily be provided, subject to applicable law. 13.4 Participants may be required to follow specific workshop rules relating to equipment, photography, recording, safety and venue usage.
14. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & RESULTS
14.1 Digifilming provides education, training and practical knowledge designed to help participants develop filmmaking and media-related skills. 14.2 Course and workshop outcomes may vary depending on a participant's existing skills, effort, practice, experience, market conditions and other factors. 14.3 Digifilming does not guarantee: * Employment * Film industry placement * A specific income * A specific number of clients * Film or OTT project approval * Producer or investor funding * Commercial success * Guaranteed professional assignments 14.4 Any examples of career growth, earnings, projects or professional opportunities used in our marketing are illustrative and should not be understood as a guarantee of similar results.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1 All Digifilming course materials, videos, lectures, scripts, notes, presentations, graphics, photographs, audio, software interfaces, documents, logos, branding and other educational content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 15.2 Unless expressly permitted by Digifilming in writing, students and participants may not: * Copy course videos or materials * Download or record protected course content * Reproduce or republish course materials * Sell or distribute course materials * Upload course content to another website or platform * Share course content through social media, messaging applications or file-sharing services * Use Digifilming's proprietary educational material to create competing training products 15.3 Access to a course gives the student a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the course for personal educational purposes during the applicable access period. 15.4 The purchase of a course does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying course content to the student.
10. WORKSHOP & EVENT REGISTRATION

16. STUDENT PROJECTS & ORIGINAL WORK
16.1 Students retain ownership of their original creative work to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16.2 Students are responsible for ensuring that their submitted scripts, films, photographs, music, graphics and other materials do not knowingly infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
16.3 Where Digifilming provides feedback, editing, mentoring or educational assistance, such assistance does not transfer ownership of the student's original work to Digifilming.
17. USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS & TESTIMONIALS
17.1 Digifilming may photograph or record workshops, seminars, conferences and other activities for documentation and promotional purposes.
17.2 Where a participant voluntarily provides a testimonial, photograph, video, feedback or success story for promotional use, Digifilming may use that material for legitimate promotional and educational purposes in accordance with applicable law and consent requirements.
17.3 Participants should inform the Digifilming team if they have a specific privacy or recording concern before an event where reasonably possible.
18. AI TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY
18.1 Some Digifilming courses and workshops may teach or demonstrate third-party AI tools, software, platforms and services.
18.2 Third-party tools may change their features, pricing, availability, terms or policies at any time.
18.3 Digifilming does not guarantee that any third-party AI tool, software or platform will remain available or operate in the same manner throughout the course access period.
18.4 Students are responsible for complying with the terms, licences and usage policies of third-party software and AI platforms they use.
18.5 AI-generated material may require human review, editing, fact-checking and appropriate rights clearance before commercial use.
19. WEBSITE CONTENT & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
19.1 Digifilming may provide links to third-party websites, platforms, software, payment providers or other services.
19.2 These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
19.3 Digifilming is not responsible for changes, interruptions, content, policies or practices of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.
20. PRICING, OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
20.1 Course, workshop and product prices may change from time to time.
20.2 Promotional offers, discounts, scholarships and special prices may have specific eligibility requirements, validity periods or other conditions.
20.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with another offer or discount.
20.4 Once a purchase has been completed, a later price reduction or promotional offer does not automatically entitle the earlier purchaser to a refund of the price difference.
21. SCHOLARSHIPS & SPECIAL CONCESSIONS
21.1 Digifilming may, at its discretion, provide scholarships, fee concessions or special payment facilities to eligible students.
21.2 Such benefits are subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
21.3 A scholarship or concession granted to one student does not create an automatic entitlement for another student.
22. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & PLATFORM ACCESS
22.1 Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, browser, software and other technical requirements necessary to access an online course.
22.2 Temporary interruption caused by internet service providers, hosting services, third-party platforms, maintenance, technical failures or events beyond Digifilming's reasonable control may occur.
22.3 Digifilming will make reasonable efforts to restore access where an interruption is within our control.
23. FORCE MAJEURE
Digifilming will not be responsible for delay or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, epidemic/pandemic, war, government restrictions, strikes, major technical failures, venue restrictions, internet or infrastructure failures, or other similar events.
Where reasonably possible, Digifilming may reschedule the affected programme or provide another appropriate solution.
24. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
24.1 Digifilming collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
24.2 The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared and the choices available to users.
24.3 By using Digifilming services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as necessary to provide the requested services and for other lawful purposes described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

25. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
25.1 If you have a complaint, concern or dispute regarding a Digifilming service, you should first contact our support team so that we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

25.3 We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and address genuine customer complaints within the time required by applicable law.
25.4 Nothing in this section limits any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable Indian law.
26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
26.1 Digifilming will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
26.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digifilming will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our educational content or services.
26.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
27. NO GUARANTEE OF CAREER OR INCOME
27.1 Our courses and workshops are designed to develop practical skills and knowledge.
27.2 Filmmaking, media, advertising and creative careers depend on individual ability, practice, networking, market conditions, business decisions and many other factors.
27.3 Accordingly, Digifilming does not guarantee a specific salary, income, job, client, project, film release, production deal, investment, distribution deal or career outcome.
28. CHANGES TO COURSES AND SERVICES
Digifilming may update, improve, replace or modify course content, software demonstrations, faculty, schedules, teaching methods, technology and other programme components where reasonably necessary to maintain educational relevance and quality.
Where a material change substantially affects a service already purchased, Digifilming will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate solution, subject to applicable law.
29. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
29.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
29.2 Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of courts or forums that cannot legally be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or Digifilming services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
29.3 Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect.
31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable course/workshop/product information and Digifilming's Privacy Policy, constitute the understanding between you and Digifilming regarding the relevant service.
Where a specific written agreement is separately signed between Digifilming and a client, institution, corporate organisation or other party, that agreement will govern the specific engagement to the extent of any inconsistency.
